I've been an independent web developer since 2003 specialising in bespoke online data systems. I procure, provision set-up and manage servers, design data architecture, develop server side applications and their corresponding client-side views.

For me, everything starts with data - capturing it, processing it, analysing it and publishing what it all means. The structure of data forms the blueprint of input mechanisms – eg forms and APIs, as well as views – reports, pages, app frontends.
